A great way to make yourself feel full faster is to take your normal everyday meals and volumize them with good for you foods. 





For instance, if you’re really craving pasta go ahead and make yourself some whole wheat noodles but add in a bunch of roasted chicken and veggies to ensure that you’re not just eating a big bowl of carbs. 


Bulking up your meals by adding veggies and lean protein will not only help you fill up faster but will prevent you from overeating things you should probably keep in check.
