Hey guys! I haven’t had much time to post this week as I’ve had a TON of stuff to do getting ready for my show.



I’ve eaten a ton of white fish and asparagus this week:


I never did get sick of it though :)

And drank a bunch of water….with more asparagus





Tonight however I got to enjoy a lovely glass of wine with a steak, sweet potatoes, and ceasar salad. That wine went right to my head…woooh! (Not surprising since I haven’t drank since late July)

I’ve gotta say, I have THE BEST support system ever! My sister and mom were with me all day today helping me get things together while I whined and worried and helped me get everything done that I needed to and then some. And Steve, oh that man. He has put up with mood swings, me putting certain things above others and designing my entire training plan. He’s also listened to my worries and has helped boost my confidence when I needed it most. I’ve felt very selfish this week as he’s been doing so much for me to help me prepare and does it all with a smile while I know this week has been crazy for him as well. He is my rock. My family and friends that are coming to see me tomorrow – these shows aren’t cheap to attend and I so appreciate the support. Seriously, I feel so bad people spending their hard earned money to see little old me on stage for all of 10 minutes but it really does make me smile to know you’re in the audience watching me.



And to all of my virtual friends and readers, thank you for the comments, support on social media, and just giving me this little space to unleash myself. Sometimes I can’t believe people actually take the time to read what I write or follow my journey and every kind word that is said really does mean so much to me, so thanks for coming on this little journey with me, through my ups and my downs. If you want to see some pictures tomorrow I’ll do my best to update my instagram account throughout the day.



I’m just going to bring my best me to that stage tomorrow morning because that’s all I can do. I’m going to take it all in and enjoy the moment that I’ve worked 5 long months for!

    OMG good luck! I can’t wait to stalk you on IG all day 😀 You will have to explain the wine before a comp thing sometime. You’re not the first person I’ve seen do it and I’m curious – I know why you carb up and water load/cut, but doesn’t the wine make you bloated? Well, it makes me bloated anyway! I did read something from a male fitness model once who said that he would eat a whole pizza and drink an entire bottle of wine the night before a shoot. Seemed healthy lol
