Hey there! Hope everyone is having a fab week so far and that all of our friends south of the border are having an awesome 4th of July.


I have a long weekend update to share with you guys later but I wanted to post this plank variation video for all of you to try now. Like right now.


I love the plank. I think it is underrated and often not done properly but when it is it can be an extremely effective core exercise. This variation is done with a swiss ball (exercise ball) and a bench. Watch the video and give it a shot!
