Wow, did last week just fly by or was it just me? I know with it being a shortened work week things tend to move a little quicker but I seriously feel like I blinked and it was over. That might be due to the fact that I was putting in some crazy hours finishing up a project I’ve been working on for months now. I’ve mentioned it in passing a few times on the blog before and I’m finally ready to share it with the world..but not today. I need to cross a couple more t’s and dot some i’s and then I’ll be ready.
So what’s on the agenda today? Well, after I posted some new ab exercises the other day I got a bunch of positive feedback about posting more videos so I thought I would take the time to film and share some of my favourite swiss ball ab exercises (I still have some band and dumbbell ab exercises to film and share too).
