Hope everyone is enjoying their hump day! I have been feeling full of energy today. I just finished my upper body session for the week which I completed with the always lovely Amy. I didn’t video the whole workout today but I did shoot the conditioning for you all to watch.

Here is a breakdown of my workout:
1. Soccer Throws

2a) Bench – 90 x 5, 105 x 5, 120 x 5
2b) Chinups – 3 x 8 (nailed them all…hell ya!)

3a) Pushups – 4 x 15
3b) 1 arm cable rows – 4 x 10ea
3c) Band Facepulls – 4 x 15

I’ve been pretty pumped with how my chinups have been coming along. My previous max was 10 in a row. Now I can do 3 sets of 8 chinups from a total dead hang and am excited to max out and see how many in a row I can do now.
