Most people know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yet some people simply can’t seem to get themselves to down anything other than a cup of coffee. If this sounds like you then try a simple easy protein mocha; now there’s no excuses to skip breakfast!

1 scoop protein powder (if using vanilla you can add 1tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder to make it chocolatey)
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 packets sweetener/sweeten to taste (optional)
1/4 cup almond milk (optional)



Making It
Simple, just throw it all in a blender and combine. 


This will give you the protein your body needs to get going and also give you that caffeine injection we sometimes need to get going. Take 60 seconds to make this and get your day started on the right foot!
