Hey! Hope everyone has something they’re looking forward to this weekend. As I already mentioned, I have a fun weekend ahead with some awesome girls and I actually just got in from a little girls night at the movies to go see Mockingjay. Steve’s sister Amy, my friend Mackenzie and I went to see it tonight and I was not disappointed. I already can’t wait for part 2 to come out.
I’m not here to chat long, I just wanted to share this quick workout you can do from home if you’re too busy to get to the gym this weekend.
For this workout you’re going to work through 5 different rounds. Round 1 has 5 exercises, which you’ll perform 5 reps of each of for 5 rounds. Then you’ll move onto round 2 where you’ll do 4 exercises, 4 reps of each, for 4 rounds. Catch my drift?
