Hey hey! Well it is finally starting to feel like summer and I’m also finally ready to share one of the things I’ve been working on with all of you. Over the past few weeks I have been busy putting together a FREE 4 week fitness challenge that includes both a gym and at home option. I have been filming exercises and workouts so that you can see me doing the exercise and know what I’m looking for in terms of proper form. I’ve also been sure to include variations so that you can participate no matter what your current fitness level is.
This challenge is a great way to shake up your current training routine or get you started on your fitness journey. The 4 week challenge includes 3 new workouts every week along with some tasty recipes and motivation to keep you going. It’s meant to be a fun way to change things up and really push yourself.
