Hey friends! I’m happy it’s finally Wednesday, for some reason this week seems to be dragging a little bit. Maybe it’s because I have some fun stuff to look forward to this weekend, including my photo shoot!

I am both excited and nervous for the shoot and have to keep reminding myself that this is just for fun and just for me. Like I mentioned before, I haven’t gone to any extremes to get ready for this shoot. I’ve made a few tweaks to my diet (I still had a burger and fries this past weekend) and have added in a few short HIIT sessions that I’ve been able to do with my clients.

I thought I would share the last challenge workout I did with my girls, it was a good one. This took me just over 20 minutes to complete and I was gassed when I was done. If you can’t do 25 burpees each round feel free to sub those out with half burpees (where you don’t stand up so basically you jump your feet in and out). If you’re not up for 4 full rounds feel free to start with 2 or 3 and try and work up to 4.

A backwards drag into a prowler push every minute on the minute for 6 minutes. Ouch.

Other than that I’m just trying to make sure I’m getting in plenty of water and exfoliating my skin so it looks nice on camera.

After my photo shoot I have even more fun stuff planned on Saturday. My bridesmaids and I are having our first girls night so that everyone can mix and mingle and we can start planning the buck and doe and think of things for our at home reception. I don’t have colours or anything like that picked out so it’ll be nice to bounce some ideas around. And hey, since I’m talking wedding here are our engagement pictures that my sister took. She’s amazing and I’m so thankful for these beautiful images.


Well that’s all I’ve got for today. I have yet more meal plans to finalize and training plans to write up – it really never ends – so I better hop to it! I have a feeling I’m going to sleep like a baby tonight, much like Tyson does on a regular basis.
