The 8 Week Shred Program

 

Without a fancy sales page or anything like that here are the details on this kick ass program I’m running starting January 4th. I’m so flippin’ excited to get started!

 

What’s It All About

 

This program is designed to incinerate fat while building lean muscle.
  • 5-6 strength workouts per week

    • The workouts will be full body and include lots of compound exercises to maximize time and fat burning…score

    • Gym and home plans are available

  • 3-4 HIIT workouts per week

    • These will be 10-15 minute workouts that will get that heart rate up and continue to help you build lean muscle while getting rid of excess body fat using the ‘afterburn’ effect (epoc – excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) which means you’ll be burning calories long after your workout is done

The Food

  • You’ll get a full meal plan/guide with lots of options and ways to change things up

    • If you know me at all you know I’m not a fan of restrictive meal plans, under-eating or any of that nonsense

  • You’ll also get a download of my favorite recipes from some of my blogging buddies that I’ve put together, it’s loaded with quick easy dishes and tasty snacks

  • Bottom line, you won’t be starving and will have loads of energy
