Well hey there! As you can tell I took a little break from blogging – firstly because I was a busy beaver last week and second because I had nothing super interesting to say. But now I’m back and I have a couple new recipes and workouts to share in the coming days but first here are some pretty pictures of what I’ve been up to since you last heard from me.
We celebrated my sister’s 22nd birthday at a fantastic Mexican place. If you live in London you must check out Mexicactus – so fresh and delicious!
The flowers I planted are thriving (for the most part…my cilantro hates me)
I’ve seen this movie twice because I love the cast and their sense of humour – which some may say is low brow
I have been KILLING my workouts! Monday I squat 195lbs for 3 and yesterday I benched 135lbs for 2. My chinups are also feeling sooooo much better. I have also been doing HIIT and prowler work too.
I bought yet another bikini – only $2.50 a piece though, can’t resist that! Plus I don’t have a white one 😉
I also went a tad darker and more ashy with my hair, love it! I also rocked the straight locks for a few days, you know until it’s to the point where you have to wash it or people will say something.
I have been eating up a storm (I’m going to share my new(ish) eats soon)
My little Tyson got neutered on Friday…and was running around like normal on Saturday
And I spent Father’s day with Steve’s family. I am so lucky to have them in my life, each and every one of them. I always think of my dad but Sunday I missed him even more.
