Happy hump day everyone! I can’t believe January is almost over already! Where has the time gone? I like January and everybody setting goals for themselves, but I’m looking forward to February because I really enjoy Valentine’s day. We don’t do anything crazy for Valentines, but I still enjoy it.


Today I don’t really have a lot of time to chat – I have class to teach in just a few minutes – but I wanted to post that kettlebell combo I mentioned yesterday. This combo takes less than 5 minutes to go through and would make an awesome, quick finisher. You could also repeat it 1-4 times taking minimal rest between rounds for a workout in itself.


Make sure you keep your form looking fabulous (especially with the swings – don’t use your arms or back!) and focus on depth with the sumo squats and reverse lunges.

*If you don’t know how to do Turkish get ups you could repeat the goblet squats or sub another kettlebell exercise*
