We made it through another week – it’s FRIDAYYYYY! It’s kind of funny though because I still have to work tomorrow morning and I actually take clients earlier on Saturday than I do throughout the week. Howver it’s only 2 hours so I really can’t complain. Plus, waking up early on Saturday makes me get more out of the day and makes me appreciate my Sunday sleep in that much more.



Imagine Dragons – Demons





I  find this song so hauntingly beautiful, it seriously gives me chills when I hear it. It kind of reminds me of a coldplay song, and I love me some coldplay. Coldplay is something I can listen to when I’m happy, sad, I just like their stuff. Plus I’ve seen them live and they are incredible.



Kanye West – Black Skinhead





I’m not a huge Kanye West fan (as a person I find him to be rather arrogant and I hate that), but damn, this song gets me pumped up for conditioning, especially battle ropes.








I was looking for something natural to help with my teeth (I have extremely sensitive teeth and receeding gums, yay genetics!) and came across this stuff. Seeing as I don’t have any form of dental coverage I was intrigued by the idea of something all natural that could help with my issues. I haven’t been using it for a crazy long time, but so far I really like it. It definitely takes some getting used to – it doesn’t foam or anything – but my mouth feels so incredibly fresh and clean after. It’s made up of all natural essential oils (spearmint, peppermint, almond) and I just love the way my teeth feel when I’ve used it.


Rimmel Scandaleyes Mascara





I wasn’t sure if I liked this mascara at first (actually I don’t care for most mascaras when they’re brand new, I like them best a month or so in). It’s not something I would use for a night out but considering I work in a gym and just need something light, I’ve grown to love this stuff. It’s not too thick, doesn’t clump, is really flexible and doesn’t flake or leave my lashes looking like I’ve coated them in crap.

I know I mentioned this yesterday but I have to say it again, jalapeno popper chicken. Hands down my new favourite stuffed chicken recipe.



This Popcorn Shaker Gift Set






I don’t have this set…and that is a damn shame. Seeing as how I could survive off of popcorn I think I may have to get this as a Christmas gift to myself. Or you know, you could order it and ship it to my gym as the best surprise ever 😉

      I loved reading that post. I used to feel like as a trainer I had to be in the best shape possible at all times. Even though I’m getting ready for a show I still prefer to brag about my lifting numbers more than anything else.
