    Hey Chelsea, great share there.
    I really enjoyed reading through that post on low carb meal ideas. I have been seeing my cousin following up too and I always find her taking coffee w/ coconut oil in the morning. I think I should also follow soot and get along with her.

      Carb backloading and keep my carbs low during the day and only eating them at night has totally transformed my physique and I can now maintain it fairly effortlessly. Wish you lots of luck on your health and fitness journey 🙂
