I honestly don’t remember the last time I was so sick. Seriously, what started out as a simple cold developed into a bronchial nightmare. After battling that for about 2 weeks I thought I was in the clear when I got some sort of stomach bug. Awesome. Having a job like mine where you own a business and can’t really call in sick doesn’t make taking time to rest very easy either. The good news is that I’m finally feeling better and back to my old, rambunctious self.
I’ve also been keeping busy working on online training plans for those of you that have ordered over the past few weeks, it’s like suddenly everyone wanted one and I like to make sure I put lots of time and effort into each and every program I send out. So a big giant thank you to everyone who has been crushing it these past few weeks – I absolutely love all the texts and emails I get everyday….even if sometimes you call me not so nice names for making you so sore haha.
Since I’ve been feeling better I’ve been back to crushing it in the gym. I am on week 2 of a new program and am loving the change. I’m trying to bring up some weak points by incorporating things like paused bench and extra low box squats to help rectify the problem.
And hey, since we’re already all over the place with this post, why not share some recent eats? I’m already looking forward to tonight’s dinner – pizza stuffed chicken with roasted cauliflower and potatoes. Damn it, now I’m hungry.
