Just a quick post today. My little sister is down from Toronto and we’re taking some pictures at the gym and getting ready to go out for dinner at the Keg……mmmmm the Keg.
Anyways I have some high fives to dish out and a training video to share with you. I decided I’ll post my training videos on the main page and then they’ll also automatically get linked up under the My Training Videos header but just the video, not the entire post will go up.
I LOVE Meg’s High Five Friday and I also love that she’s re-vamping it to make it that much more awesome. I can’t wait for the changes!
So this week I’d like to give big shout outs to EVERYONE that completed Tough Mudder! We had a bunch of girls at the gym do it and I know a lot of other people did it too and you should all be sooooo proud of pushing through it. Only 71% of people completed it!
And here’s a video of my deadlifts from my last deload week. I haven’t used the straight bar in a while so it was a nice change up from my usual heavy trap bar deadlifts.
