This was my training session yesterday. The deadlifts felt good and I’m getting better at doing more reps at heavier weights. Still need to work on my grip though and plan on doing so by adding in some farmer’s walks and things like that on my accessory days which currently fall on Tuesday and Thursday.

I’m going to let my grip repair itself and then retest my chin ups when I’m fresh next week.
