Hi there! Hope everyone had a fantastic hump day! I love Wednesdays because it means you’re that much closer to the weekend. We had another busy day at the gym which meant I was go go go all day long. Sometimes I have to remind myself to slow down for a minute and eat something. I always preach eating frequently but when I get really busy, especially at a job that’s as hands on as mine is, it’s easy to forget to fuel up. Luckily between my 4:30 & 5:45 class I had 10 minutes to scarf down some tuna which kept me going until I got home just now.

Well anywho I thought I’d share a video from a couple of weeks ago from me trying to beat my old chin up record of 10.

So I may have missed my chin up attempt but I set a new bench PR! That’s why you can’t let one setback affect the rest of your workout and drag you down.

Always push yourself and strive for your personal best, you may just surprise yourself!
