Hey everyone! Hope your Thursday is awesome and that you’re getting stoked for the weekend. Today I have a really quick, but definitely not easy, bodyweight HIIT workout that you can do anywhere, anytime.


I love bodyweight HIIT workouts because you can do them anywhere without having to worry about equipment. I came up with this one for my bootcampers and I really like how challenging it is so I thought I would video it and share it with all of you. What a lucky bunch you are! You can thank me when you’re dripping with sweat 😉

    Whoa girl, that’s an awesome combo of exercises! those are some of my ultimate faves because they’re fast, effective, and make me feel super strong. 😀 And you’re so good at the hindu pushups~you make them look easy b/c you’re so agile when you perform them. I just found you through Meg, and I wanted to say that you are so sweet to have made her smile like that! 😛
