Hey everyone! Hope your Thursday is awesome and that you’re getting stoked for the weekend. Today I have a really quick, but definitely not easy, bodyweight HIIT workout that you can do anywhere, anytime.
I love bodyweight HIIT workouts because you can do them anywhere without having to worry about equipment. I came up with this one for my bootcampers and I really like how challenging it is so I thought I would video it and share it with all of you. What a lucky bunch you are! You can thank me when you’re dripping with sweat 😉
