Ok so a goal of mine is to post regular HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout videos that you guys can do at home when you’re looking for a quick, intense cardio boost.

Here is the first one I came up with. It’s super simple and one that I regularly use myself. A few rounds of this will leave you drenched in no time.

The video also explains this but you’re going to set your interval timer for:

  • 45 sec work
  • 15 sec rest

4 Rounds total of this

You’re going to alternate between:

  • Burpee + 10 High Knees
  • Squat Pops

This means you’ll repeat each exercise twice.
