Hey there! So here is my upper body session from last Wednesday. I was pretty happy with how things went. I nailed 3 sets of 6 chin ups between my bench sets and exceeded my expectations for bench reps.

My bench has definitely been one of my most significant improvements in the past couple months. I’ll be sure to video tomorrow’s deadlift session so you guys can see how I’ve been making out with that.
