Here’s a look at my training from last week. The battle ropes absolutely destroyed us. They may look easy but they most definitely kick your ass if done properly.


My bench wasn’t that great last week but this week I bounced back. I’ll post a video of my more recent bench session soon.


I find that when benching you really need to be in the groove. A lot of lifting is mental too and if you think you can’t hit a rep sometimes it’s not that you can’t physically but rather that you’re not in the right frame of mind.


Question: Do you do anything to get pumped up before you lift?
