So it seems I may be picking up the tail end of Steve’s cold. So far it’s just a sore throat and I’m just hoping it doesn’t get any worse. It’s been going around for a few weeks now and I thought I was lucky enough to miss it…apparently not.
Despite the sore throat I am having an amazing week. I’ve been working with an awesome group of ladies and the pride I feel for the work and dedication they’ve been putting in makes me smile every time I think about it. I am so very thankful and grateful that I do what I love.
I’m going to keep it short today because I have a busy night ahead of me but I wanted to share this ab workout I did with my clients last week. It left my abs burning in only a few short minutes and I find that alternating from plank movements to moves on my back keeps my form in check.
