If you just celebrated Thanksgiving (all my US peeps!) I hope you had a wonderful long weekend and lots of time with loved ones. It wasn’t Thanksgiving here but it was my at home wedding reception!
We Tied The Knot!


After over 10 years together we got married in beautiful sunny Jamaica (that’s why things have been so quiet on social media!) and we had our at home celebration this past weekend! It was an amazing day with family and friends and I loved that I got a whole entire week with some of my favorite people.


Now it’s time to catch up because I have a few amazing projects in the works….


As most of you know, I released the digital version of my book The Carbs After Dark Diet and now I’m hard at work to finalize the hard copy. It was so cool to be on the beach and then check my email and see that people were buying my book 🙂 My heart still flutters when I get those notifications everyday. I’m also working on a brand new HIIT book which will be released early 2016…I’m so excited!


When I got back from my wedding I was also presented with an opportunity to work with a supplement company which has been a goal of mine for a long time. I am so excited about the potential partnership and to be able to align myself with an awesome brand. I even get to do an sweet photo shoot for promotional purposes….how cool is that!?


Now, I don’t know about you but most of my clients complain that this time of year they tend to pack on a few (or more) pounds. People put health and fitness on the back burner and over indulge on a more regular basis. Hey, it happens, I’ve been there.
