Well, it’s been a little while since I posted a weekend workout for all of you so I thought I’d pop in today with a workout I put my clients through this past week. I love using bodyweight exercises for these quick HIIT sessions and the ones in the video below will leave you a hot sweaty mess.
I made my clients go through this workout twice in a row but you could do it 1-3 times with or without rest between rounds. We used a 30 sec work to 10 sec rest ratio but you could do it as 20 sec on/10 sec off or, for a harder challenge go 45 sec work/15 sec rest.
