As I stated in my last post, my bench is finally making the progress I have been waiting for. Here is a video of my latest PR.

My low back is acting up today so I’m going to hold off on deadlifting until tomorrow. Today is supposed to be a heavy day and I just don’t want to risk tweaking it. So I’m just going to do some foam rolling, mobility work, and accessory training to loosen it back up. You need to make sure you’re always listening to your body and doing what’s best.
