    Wow, well done on the PRs, that’s amazing!! I love your pirate costume idea, in connection with your eye problems – very inspired! I feel you on wearing your contacts again too, I hate wearing my glasses, especially when working out.

    Would you consider doing a post explaining tempo workouts? I’ve Googled it but it all seems to be about long distance running, and it’s all a bit technical 🙁

      Hey Jenny, I’d be happy to do a post about Tempo training. I was so confused until Steve fully explained it. I also have a pretty easy beginners guide I’ll throw up on the blog too. Thanks for the post idea!
