So the ladies in my class know how much I love a good finisher. After a finisher you should have little left to give. You want to really push yourself to the max throughout the exercise right till the end. I came across a version of this finisher and changed some things around to make it work for a class. Try it out for yourself and let me know what you think.


100 Squats*
*you will be doing these throughout the workout in groups of 25 to break it up so start off with
25 squats
90 Mountain Climbers
80 High Knees
25 Split Squats
70 Scissors
60 Side Lunge Jumps
25 Split Squats
50 Calf Raises
40 Swings
25 Sumo Squats
30 Reverse Plank Knee Tucks
20 Squat Jumps
10 Pushups

This workout is a total of 550 reps. If you didn’t have time to do a full workout this takes about 12 minutes to do and is seriously tiring. I’ll video the girls the next time we do this and post it here.
